Physiotherapy Manager
Will graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy) from Curtin University in 2014. While gaining experience in private practice, he spent 10 years with the West Coast Eagles, including involvement with the 2018 AFL Premiership team. Will joined GMHBA in 2024, focusing on managing persistent pain, recovery after surgery, and promoting active living.

Outside of work, Will enjoys staying active and exploring Victoria.

Physiotherapist
Jack graduated with a Master of Physiotherapy Practice and a Bachelor of Applied Science from La Trobe University in 2021, following a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science from Deakin University in 2013. Jack holds additional qualifications in dry needling, strength and conditioning, and Pilates.

- Rotator cuff shoulder pain
- Patellofemoral pain syndrome
When not at work, Jack enjoys tennis, working out at his home gym, and joining local parkruns. He’s also a fan of sci-fi movies and video games.

Physiotherapist
James earned his Bachelor of Physiotherapy from The University of Melbourne in 1996. With experience across Victoria and internationally with the British Forces and the Irish Olympic Team, he now works at GMHBA, focusing on musculoskeletal physiotherapy and post-operative rehabilitation. James is a member of the GMHBA Clinical Advisory Forum. He incorporates dry needling into his practice.

James enjoys spending time with family, playing social sports, and exploring the local coastline.

Physiotherapist
Mahoney completed her Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Physiotherapy Practice at La Trobe University in 2023. She specialises in injury prevention and rehabilitation, combining manual therapy with personalised exercise plans. Mahoney is passionate about empowering patients with the knowledge and tools to achieve their recovery goals.

Mahoney enjoys exploring the Bellarine region, running, swimming, and reading.

Physiotherapist
Nathan graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science and Master of Physiotherapy from La Trobe University in 2013. His work includes helping older clients manage chronic pain and stay mobile, as well as working with local football teams. Nathan has also volunteered as a physiotherapist in Vietnam and is certified in early intervention with WorkCover and TAC.

Nathan stays active with football, basketball, surfing, and running marathons.

Physiotherapist
Rachel graduated from La Trobe University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Health Science and a Master of Physiotherapy. She also holds qualifications in dry needling and lymphoedema therapy and is an accredited lymphoedema practitioner. Rachel has launched an outpatient lymphoedema service at GMHBA Hub Geelong.

Rachel loves spending time at the beach, walking, and finding new cafes to explore.


Physiotherapist
Fioran graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from La Trobe University in 1998. With extensive experience in private practice, Fioran is a highly skilled physiotherapist who is passionate about helping individuals achieve optimal body function and prevent injuries. She integrates both manual treatment techniques and tailored exercise programs to ensure long-term recovery and injury prevention.

- Sports physiotherapy
- Remedial massage
Fioran enjoys an active lifestyle, including running and gardening, and values quality time with her family.

Physiotherapist
Nico began his physiotherapy career in the Philippines completing a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy at the University of the City of Manila (2014) before joining the medical team for the 2017 Southeast Asian Games. He moved to Australia in 2018, working in Broken Hill across musculoskeletal, sports rehabilitation, aged care, NDIS and Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA) treatments. Nico is dedicated to evidence-based management to help patients lead a balanced life.
