Late cancellation and non-attendance

GMHBA is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellbeing of our community. Our providers want to be available for your needs and the needs of all our patients. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you inform us by calling the practice (during operating hours) at least 24 hours in advance. If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without cancellation, you may incur a cancellation fee of $50 (not rebatable by Medicare). Appointments are in high demand, and your advance notice will allow another patient to access that appointment time.
