Our Fees

Our practices do not bulk-bill, however patients who are pension or healthcare card holders will be offered a reduced fee.

Account queries should be discussed with practice staff or your doctor prior to your appointment. We will advise of additional expenses for referred services where applicable. Further investigation may be required to obtain information on additional costs.

Fees are payable at the time of consultation, by cash, EFTPOS, or credit card. Fees are displayed in the waiting room and can be discussed with the practice staff or your doctors. If you are having difficulty paying your fees, please talk to your doctor. Late payments will incur a surcharge of $5 in additional to your consultation fee.

Workcover Charges

Patients are responsible for claiming workcover charge from employer.

Medicare Rebates

The Medicare rebate is refunded instantly into your bank account. There is no need to visit a Medicare office to claim the Medicare rebate.

The above fee table is a guide only. Fees will be charged at the doctor’s discretion. Please feel free to discuss your fee with your doctor/s. A quote can be supplied upon request for procedures. Investigations and referrals may incur an additional fee by the individual provider. Please contact the Provider for a quote. After hours home visits are available by calling our Medical Deputising Service (13 SICK) on 13 74 25. In most cases, these visits will be bulk billed.
