Provider terms and conditions

All healthcare facilities and providers in private practice in Australia must hold an ABN.

Practitioners eligible for a Services Australia provider number must first be registered with AHPRA or an approved body.

Provider recognition with GMHBA Ltd does not guarantee that benefits are available; each product includes a set of eligible services that a health fund member may be able to claim benefits towards. Should a client/member have a query regarding a claim returned without benefits please refer them to the health fund for support.
